First rule of having kids: it is not a democracy. What Delta says goes. It would have been nice to be notified instead of Delta slipping up, but it'd be nice if nobody had sat him down and made him write lines, so.

Sorry to break the news but Sigma isn't a kid anymore. He's an adult. Which means he wants to be able to make choices for himself.

Price did that to Delta, didn't he? The lines?

Contrary to what they claim, I do not try to stop them from doing things. Unless it risks their health and safety.

It's just easier to blame me than admit they know better.

It makes no sense to blame you. Though I'm sure since you put up a fuss, you become viewed as an obstacle obstructing their wanted choice path. Especially you try to your point across if albeit in a harshly toned way.

I have no illusions when it comes to my flaws. Drives people crazy, really, when they say I'm cruel when actually I'm simply not telling them what they want to hear.

It's Price. He made us family. The things he did, surviving them together is why we're not just roommates. It doesn't make up for what he did. But it is what happened.

Regardless family isn't always made by blood. It doesn't excuse what happened to you all but it's better than nothing.

I have certs tomorrow. And then at least we won't have to worry about money.

That or they were paid not to. That is a distinct and rather disturbing possibility. It's horrible either way.

You'll do fine on certs. Jobs won't be great to start off with but its better than nothing.

I'd hope they'd be ready for a fight. With mercenaries in the family and others that are willing to protect you all, it'd be rather foolish to do.

It wouldn't be for, ten years at least. But yes. It would. I think Maine would have some opinions on that.
