Did you ask anyone to help find your brother? The Informant is a dangerous man, O'Malley. Delta insists he's safe and does not need to be looked for.

Have you talked to him? Where is he? Is is safe? Did you see him or did he just send you a message?

There was a man on the street last night who offered to help me, and since I didn't know if Delta had somewhere safe to stay, I was a little desperate.

Besides, how bad can he be? He told me he'd only help if I wasn't hurting Delta. I don't need to tell you how ridiculous the idea is.

I messaged him briefly but haven't seen him since last week. No idea where he is but he says he is safe.

What did he look like? Slender hands, nonstandard blue helmet? Cape?

Florida's an information broker because he's a master of. . . extracting information. And he's one of the best killers I know.
